“Wallpaper table tops”

Old “wallpaper table tops” about 60 x 90 cm served as the support material for these pictures.

The most important part of this work for me was experimenting with the primer gesso and the final black oil glaze.
The technique of lines carved into the background with a sharp knife also began here.
The focus was on the straight, exact line.
